This document describes the methods of processing personal data by the Martur srl company - Pizzomunno Vieste Palace Hotel in Vieste (FG).

In the course of organization and / or carrying out Events, the specifics of the event or meeting will be recorded, the date, number of guests, details on guest rooms and, for events company information, information on the Organizer (annual budget, number of sponsored events every year, etc ...) as well as information on the guests making up the group or participants at the Event.

The Data Controller undertakes not to collect and not to process the particular data in based on art. 9 of R.E. n. 679/2016 GDPR relating to racial or ethnic origin, opinions political, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, biometric data identification of the person, data relating to the state of health or life and orientation sexual.

5. Purpose of the processing

The data processing has the following purposes:
a) Execute contractual obligations e regulations, in particular those relating to public security, accounting and taxation;
b) Manage i relations with customers (correspondence, cost estimates, etc.);

d) Send promotional offers, with the explicit and written consent of updating of rates and commercial offers, by ordinary mail, email, telephone or fax;

8. Data retention time

The data are generally processed for the time necessary to perform the requested service by the Customer. Data relating to billing or tax obligations are kept for the period required by current tax and fiscal regulations. The optional consent expressed the processing of data is valid for 10 years from the date of expression of the consent.
The data relating to the stay (date of arrival and departure, number of members of the family unit, origin, accommodation and services offered) are anonymised after 10 years e stored in this form with the sole purpose of statistical and market analysis aimed at expand and improve the services provided to customers.
